해당 파일을 다운로드 받는다.
시스템 속성 > 환경변수 > 시스템 변수 > Path [편집]
C:\Program Files (x86)\Vim\vim82 경로를 추가한다.
shell 을 닫고 다시 실행시키면 vim 을 사용할 수 있다.
